Breakthrough Close-Up Mentalism

Imagine sitting at a restaurant table with a group of people, saying, "Before you decide it's impossible for words alone to influence your choices, consider why corporations spend 26 billion dollars a year in product and brand advertising." 

The performer shows four envelopes numbered 1 to 4 on a tray and three spectators are invited to each select an envelope. Each spectator is allowed a totally free choice of any of the 4 envelopes. They may trade with each other or even exchange their envelope to the one remaining on the tray. When they are satisfied with their choices, the leftover envelope is given to the performer as his selection. Each spectator then opens his envelope and finds a slip of paper that reads, "Better Luck Next Time." The performer then opens his envelope and inside is a $100 bill!

What if you could perform the classic ACAN effect while you were STROLLING or HOPPING TABLES and succeed every single time without fail?
